1.1 Cancellation by Customer:
More than 7 days before departure: 100% refund

3–7 days before departure: 50% refund

Less than 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the same payment method used. Bank fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

1.2 Cancellation by Sunny Vietnam Travel:
If we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, natural disasters, low group size), customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule without any additional charge.
