7h45-8h30: HOTEL PICK UP – LIMOUSINE
Our tour guide and driver will collect from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter provide limousine transportation to Halong bay.
10h30-10h45: SHORT BREAK
The limousine will make a stop along the way for a short break of 20 to 25 minutes, allowing you to stretch your legs or grab a quick snack.
11h30-11h45: WELCOME TO HERITAGE CRUISE
Our Crew will great you at Tuan Chau International Port for check-in on the boat. Enjoy a complimentary drink.
12h-13h15: LUNCH ON BOAT
Enjoy lunch on boat with a BUFFET featuring special seafood from Ha Long Bay at a luxurious restaurant.
The cruise will you past the most beautiful spots in Ha Long Bay, including the Stone Dog, Stone Incense Burner & The Kissing Rocks…
13h30-14h15: VISITING THE SURPRISING CAVE
Tour guide will take you to explore Sung Sot cave – one the largest and most stunning caves in Ha Long Bay.
14h30-15h15: EXPLORE LUON CAVE
You can discover Luon cave by kayaking or taking a bamboo boat ride rowed by local residents.
15h30-16h30: VISITING TITOV ISLAND
At the top of Titov island, enjoy the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, dotted with thousands of limestone formations. You can swim at Titov beach or relax in the Jacuzzi on the boat.
16h45: SUNSET PARTY
Join us for a sunset party featuring complimentary selection of fruits, cakes, juices and tea as you can watch the sunset while the cruise returns to Tuan Chau port.
17h45-18h00: DISEMBARK – LIMOUSINE
Afterward, you’ll board a comfortable limousine for the ride back to Hanoi.

- On weekend, some roads will not allow vehicles to make room for the walking street, therefore our limousine will drop you off at the closest and suitable point in the Old Quarter instead.
CHILDREN POLICY
- Child from 1-4 years old: FREE of charge for the 1st child traveling with 2 adults( sharing seat on Limousine with parents). The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult rate.
- Child from 5 – 8 years old: 75% of the adult rate
- Child from 9 years & above: 100% of the adult rate
- Surcharge: Lunar New Year ( 30th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd ): 15 USD/person

Booking and Payment Policies
- The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email within 15 minutes of successful booking.
- The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 48 hours after customers making deposit.
- To confirm the booking, 30% deposit of total tour cose will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.
Cancellation Policies
- If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.
Payment Terms Policies
- 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of travel.
Changing tour program and refund policies
- After the final programs were confirmed from both sides, Lily’s Travel has the right to refuse all the change from the customers. To support for the customers, we will apply the policy below:
- If the changes are made 15 days before travel date, Lily’s travel will charge no changing fee and send back the customers the final itinerary
- If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, Lily’s Travel has the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.
